Digital media has evolved into medium wunderkind that is the sole driving force of the net at every turn. Many of us are using video and audio content as a daily part of our lives. With all the various video and audio formats that are now available, it's very refreshing to discover that is a media player that handle almost any file that you throw at it.

Video LAN's VLC media player is a highly versatile multimedia player that offers supports
for virtually most audio and video formats (H.264, Ogg, DivX, MKV, TS, MPEG-2, mp3, MPEG-4, aac, ...) from files, physical media (DVDs, VCD, Audio-CD), TV capture cards and many network streaming protocols.

The VLC media player can convert and rip media files, transcode and act as a multicast streaming server. There is no need for an additional codec packs or programs to make files work. You can use it to broadcast your own video and audio content; You can listen to and manage podcasts with it, rip DVDs, watch DVDs and a lot more. This player will consistently play video file formats that other will not.

The single most amazing thing about this program is it's price. VideoLAN is a project, that is run solely by volunteers, backed by a non profit organisation which specailizes in free open source software.

If you haven't used this great media player,You need to give it a serious try.

Thajamjar quickie: District 9 is a great flick..... Very engrossing ..5 stars

There are many positive thing that can happen from building a strong core. The Midriff is the foundation for all things good. The way we view yourselves, the way others perceive us, even sexual performance can all be directly linked to how well our abs look or lack there of.

Doing exercises that target the midsection can help you build strength and greatly improve your posture. Conversely you will look better, like you have lost 15 to 20 pounds. So concentrate on stomach crunches and sit ups, where you lie on your back, and slowly curl your upper torso until your shoulders leave the floor.

These two exercises are excellent for tightening the ab area and building a strong muscular base. Be sure to be doing three sets of at least 10 to15 reps per set. Try to do this ever other day for best results.
